We all said this time is different than always. We all know why. Because each one of us felt it with flesh and blood. We all experienced it. We all know that Mahsa could be the sister of any of us, could be any of us. Mahsa’s murder was so systematic, ordinary and routine, she was so innocent, that it made us this crazy. We all have the same anger among all of us. An anger that is not only for women, but an anger that everyone who ever wanted a sip of justice, life and freedom have inside. We know it was not the first time and it will not be the last time. Mahsa was our sister and we are all brothers and sisters. Everything will change from now on. We wrote this in history.

THE ABADAN BUILDING COLLAPSE
On 23 May 2022, the Metropol building, a ten-story residential and commercial building in Abadan, Iran, collapsed while under construction. As of 6 June 2022, at least 41 people had died and 37 others were injured in the incident, according to Iranian state media.
